Welcome to Papas List. We are an online platform dedicated to helping users locate skilled individuals and businesses who exhibit and show the services they can offer.
Have you ever tried to find a Handyman, Painter, Carpenter or Plumber to repair something in your home or business? It is time consuming, and typically involves calling friends and loved ones for referrals, who in turn have to call other friends.
More often than not, the results are getting phone numbers that have been disconnected since their last use or no response at the other end. It can be quite frustrating.
We consequently created Papas List as an online classifieds website that brings together different services offered by skilled individuals and experienced companies onto one platform. No matter where you are in Kenya, you can now comfortably reach individuals or businesses offering the exact service that you want!

How to sell on Papas List
1. User Registration
Proceed to register employing the use of your e-mail and phone number. Cross check your details after entry to ensure the correct details are entered.
You will now receive a welcome to Papas List email, welcoming you to the platform. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it in your regular inbox. Declassify it as not spam so that you can receive all future emails in your inbox.
2. Post pictures of your product or service.
After receiving your welcome email , proceed to the site and log in. Select Add Service to now begin to post your service ad.
We encourage you to post photos depicting your product or service. With the advent of social media, the world in which we live in has become highly visual. After taking clear and sharp photos using your digital camera or phone, you can upload them under your dashboard.
3. Now Save your input
From the drop-down menu, select the category that is associated with your service. Provide a title for your service, explain your service offered in detail and then finally upload your clear and detailed pictures.
Enter a price for your service, provide your tags and your service is on its way for validation by the Papas List team!
4. Answer the messages and calls from your clients!
Upon verification and validation of your ad to make sure it meets our strict guidelines, your ad is published!
You are now officially on Papers List.! Your service offered and any photos you uploaded will now be displayed under your Dashboard under My Listings after you sign in. My Listings can be found under the drop-down menu next to the icon displaying your name on the top right corner.
You will be notified by email and / text that your posting is live.
Your expertise and service is now no longer hidden!
To gather even more views and to get your ad featured and top amongst searches, select the Tops Ads Listing package and follow the prompts to enlist.

1. Find the Service that you need
First enter the kind of service you are looking for on the home page. Enter the city or area where you are located, select Find Service.
That’s All!
You are now on your way to securing Quality Service from thousands of Top Service Providers located all around Kenya!
2. Locate Your Service Provider
Listed service providers in the categories you selected will now be available via phone, text or email according to your preference.
Conclude all pricing with the list of providers and select the one that fits your criteria.
3. Meet your Service Provider
Papas List goes to great lengths to vet our service providers to make sure they are who they say they are.
Before allowing any service provider to enter your home for any task or service make sure active steps are taken to ensure your safety.
Fortunately, most of us have had Cable TV and Internet installed in our homes, offices or premises and are quite conversant with the necessary safety precautions.
Make sure all meetings if necessary are in a public place with adequate light.
4. Share your Experience with us!!
How was the service that was provided? Did it meet your criteria? Was the service provider professional in their approach? Tell us all about it. Come back and leave reviews. The service provider’s page will reflect all your reviews whether good or bad.
Your reviews are key to ensuring no user suffers any unnecessary bad service and the community is kept safe.

v For first time meetings, make sure there is adequate security and do not meet anyone alone or visit their premises alone. Meet at a public location with enough light. No dark unsecured places.
v Read the reviews of the service provider online, if possible, to gauge their competency for the service to be offered.
